Brief Job Description

You will be an experienced GUI .NET developer. You will be a remarkable learner, self-motivated, flexible and have astonishing analytical skills. You need to be able to travel overseas for short periods of time.

 • Design, build, and document Service Oriented software solutions that: have an intuitive GUI, efficient front end applications, and that integrate effectively with existing software modules;
• Contribute to architecture design workshops.
• Mentor junior team members in .NET Framework.
• Provide technical support to customers at product level.

 

Detailed Job Outline
You must have
• At least 2 years experience in a large-scale .NET development project as C# developer using .NET framework
• A minimum of 8 years software development experience, 4 of which need to be in an Object Oriented environment using Java or C++.
• Proven experience in developing graphical user interfaces, including charts, graphs, and geographical presentations
• Good knowledge of database design and Oracle technologies.
• Development experience with a Middleware platform such as JMS, WebMethods, MQ Series, or TIBCO
• Knowledge of UML
• Commitment to methodological development standards, documentation, and reviews
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Certification (MCAD.NET or MCSD.NET) or the ability to obtain it
• A Computer Science Degree or equivalent
High Desirable skills:
• ASP.NET experience, you should have architected Web Applications
• Background in Telecommunications
• Experience in Working in an Operational Support Systems, Network Management Systems, Service Activation, Service Assurance, Customer Care and Billing.
