Detailed Job Outline

We are currently looking for an Executive PA/Office Manager to join the professional and friendly Head Office team. This role offers great variety, including administrative support to the MD and COO, office administration and office management.

Working within Head Office, the role will involve all aspects of:

• Office administration
• Diary management
• Travel organisation
• Event co-ordination
• Presentation preparation
• Management of the reception desk
• Internal and external client liaison
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Performing various other ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for this position, you must be professional, hard working and possess a strong attention to detail. You must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

You will ideally have at least 4 years experience in a similar role and be willing to make a long-term commitment to the company. Experience in supporting multiple executives, and managing an office are highly desirable attributes for the successful candidate.
