Our client is Australia’s leading supplier of Business Availability solutions.  Australian owned, with a track record of over 15 years and with an enviable Client list, they now seek to appoint a Relationship Manager to support their ongoing growth.

The Relationship Manager will have a dedicated Client list and will be charged with building and maintaining existing relationships, ensuring service excellence and overall customer satisfaction, identifying additional opportunities within account portfolio, contract renewals, general account administration, reporting and general coordination and liaison between the Client and the Sales Team.  The role will entail a mix of office based and Client facing activities including Client functions.

The successful candidate will:

• Have Excellent overall communication skills
• Be able to communicate at all levels (internal & external)
• Be well presented
• Be able to fit into a progressive and professional culture
• Have Account Management or Relationship Management experience
• Some knowledge of IT Systems and/or solutions
• Have a high need for achievement and desire for career
 progression with a market leading, people focused service organisation
